At Boston Brick Co., we strive to make fair, consistent offers based on current market values, condition, completeness, and demand. Every collection is unique, and all offers are made at our discretion.

Minifigures

Excellent / Like-New Condition

• 50% of market value in check
• 60% of market value in store credit

Good to Very Good Condition

• Up to 30% of market value, depending on condition, demand, and completeness.

New & Sealed LEGO Sets

Current LEGO Sets

(Still available on LEGO.com)

• 50% of MSRP in check
• 60% of MSRP in store credit

Retired LEGO Sets

Offers are based on recent BrickLink market values and current demand.

Depending on rarity and desirability, offers generally range from:

• 40–70% in check
• 50–70% in store credit

Rare, highly desirable, and difficult-to-find sets receive our strongest offers.

Used LEGO Sets

Used sets must be 100% complete to receive full set value.

Complete Sets (Box & Instructions Included)

Depending on rarity and demand:

• 40–50% in check
• 50–60% in store credit

Missing Box and/or Instructions

Missing original packaging or instructions reduces value.

Typical deductions:

• Missing Box: 10–15%
• Missing Instructions: 10–15%

Incomplete Sets

Sets missing parts are generally purchased as bulk LEGO.

However:

• Valuable minifigures may be purchased separately.
• Rare or expensive individual components may also be valued separately at our discretion.

Bulk LEGO

Bulk LEGO is typically purchased by weight.

Typical offers:

• $1.00 per pound for standard mixed LEGO.
• $1.50–$2.00 per pound for exceptionally clean, organized, high-quality collections or sealed Lego bags (from incomplete sets).

Factors that increase value include:

• Genuine LEGO only
• Clean condition
• Sorted by color or part type
• Higher concentration of desirable elements
• Larger quantities

How We Determine Value

Our offers are based on several factors, including:

• Current market demand
• Recent BrickLink sales history
• Completeness
• Condition
• Rarity
• Time required to inspect, sort, verify, clean, and prepare items for resale
